Sign in with Google on your own portal domain
Your feedback portal on your own domain (for example support.yourcompany.com) now offers Continue with Google, so customers and teammates can sign in with one click.
Works on any custom domain: sign-in passes through lots.team once and brings the person straight back to your portal, so you don't set up anything with Google yourself.
On unless you turn it off, with two switches:
- For customers: in your project's Public Portal settings, "Allow customers to sign in with Google on your support portal".
- For your team: in your organization's Custom Domain settings, "Allow your team to sign in with Google on" your domain.
Email sign-in always stays: anyone who prefers it can still sign in with a one-time code sent by email, whichever switches you choose.
