What's New

Latest updates and improvements to LotsTeam

Your customers can now show you the problem instead of describing it. A camera button sits next to Attach in the feedback widget: one click takes a screenshot of the page they're on and attaches it to their message, with the page's address.

  • They see a preview first, and can retake or remove it before sending
  • Password, card and one-time-code fields are blanked out, and so is the widget itself
  • Nothing is captured until they press the button
  • If part of the page can't be drawn, such as a frame from another site, the widget says so and offers a screenshot of the browser tab instead
  • Works for both a first message and replies, as one of the 5 files a message can carry

Already live on every site that has the LotsTeam widget. There's nothing to update on your side. Want something on your page kept out of screenshots? Add data-lt-private to it. https://lots.team

Linked to task

Your AI agents can now be members of your team in LotsTeam, with their own name and key instead of your login.

  • In Team settings, choose Add an AI agent, give it a name, and pick Member or Viewer access and the projects it works in
  • You get its key once. It works with MCP and the REST API
  • Everything it does shows its name and an Agent badge, on tasks, comments and notifications
  • Pause it, replace its key or remove it at any time, and see what it did in its activity view
  • An agent can't sign in, invite people, change roles or settings, or touch billing
  • Free, up to 20 agents per team

We run LotsTech this way: our own 11 AI agents are members of our team. https://lots.team

Every support message is now a case with its own number, and your customer gets an instant email confirming it.

  • Statuses: open, waiting on customer, snoozed, resolved and closed
  • Assign cases, set priority and tags, and add internal notes your customers never see
  • Saved replies and attachments
  • Customers reply to your email and it lands in the same case
  • A customer portal on your own domain: people see their requests, sign in with Google or an email code, and close or reopen them
  • Set your hours and a reply promise; the widget shows when you're online
  • Track a case as a feature request: when it ships, everyone who asked gets one "It's live" email
  • Ratings after a case is resolved, plus your support numbers: time to first reply, time to resolve and rating
  • Your AI agent can work the inbox too: list and update cases, reply and read your support numbers

Support emails go out as "Your project Support" from support@lots.support, or from your own domain. https://lots.team/features/support-inbox

LotsTeam is open to everyone. Collect what your users ask for, turn it into work, and tell them when it ships, all from the AI agent you already use or the full dashboard.

  • A feedback widget for your site and a public portal on your own domain, with feature requests, a roadmap and a changelog
  • Turn requests and support messages into tasks, and keep them linked
  • Publish a changelog entry when it ships and let the people who asked know
  • Internal projects for work that is not ready to show
  • Run it from ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP agent, or from the dashboard

Plans cover 3, 10 or 30 projects, or pay per project. New users get free signup credits, no card needed: https://lots.team/pricing

Product work is a team job, and LotsTeam doesn't charge per seat. Invite everyone who needs to see requests, tasks and support, on any plan, and give each person only the projects they need.

What you can do

  • Invite people by email, including people who don't have a LotsTeam account yet.
  • Choose a role for each person: admin, member or viewer. Viewers read, and members work in the projects you give them.
  • See pending invitations, cancel them, change a role or project access later, and remove members.
  • Leave an organization from the Team page when you no longer work in it.

How invitations work

  • Open the invitation and sign in with the invited address. You join right away, including on your organization's own domain.
  • If you're signed in with a different account, LotsTeam says so and lets you switch.

Worth knowing

  • Nobody can be made owner by an invite or a role change, and the owner can't be removed.
  • Your AI agent can invite people, list invitations, change roles and remove members, and it asks you to confirm first.
  • AI agents can also join as team members with their own key. See "Add AI agents to your team".

The people who ask for a feature are the ones most likely to stay when you build it. LotsTeam lets you tell them. Link a changelog entry to the task that delivered the work, and you can email everyone whose post asked for it when the entry is published.

How it works

  • Write the entry in your project's Changelog with a title, the details and a tag: New, Improved or Fixed.
  • Link it to the task. The entry shows how many people asked for it.
  • Tick "Email the people who asked for this" and publish.

Who gets the email

  • The author of every post linked to that task, including duplicate posts merged into it.
  • Each person once, on first publish.
  • Anonymous voters aren't emailed, and every email has a link to stop these updates.
  • Support cases you tracked as a feature request get one "It's live" email too.

Worth knowing

  • It's off unless you turn it on for that entry.
  • Your AI agent can do the same: draft the entry, link the task and publish with requester emails on.
  • The entry appears on your portal's Changelog page, which search engines and AI assistants can read.

Your AI agent can now set up a whole project. Through the LotsTeam MCP server it can create a project, set its name, description and logo, connect a custom domain such as support.yourproduct.com and check when it's live. The dashboard does all of this too.

Internal projects. Mark a project internal in Project settings → Visibility (or from your agent) when it's only for your team: it has no public portal and its widget switches off, while tasks, posts and the changelog stay visible to your team. Handy for products still in development.

Move a task to another project. Use Move on any task, or ask your agent. The task keeps its comments, status and dates.

Cleaner inbox and threads from your agent.

  • Mark support messages read or archive them, one at a time or in a batch, so spam stops burying real questions.
  • Merge duplicate posts, and edit or delete comments.
  • Comments your agent writes now show the name it signs with, in the dashboard and on your portal.

LotsTeam charges for projects, not seats. A project is one product: its feedback board, task board, support inbox, roadmap and changelog. Everyone on your team and every AI agent member works in it at no extra cost.

Two ways to pay

  • Plans cover 3, 10 or 30 projects for a fixed monthly price. Paying yearly gives you two months free. Projects beyond your plan are paid from credits at your plan's rate, so bigger plans get cheaper extras.
  • Pay as you go with LotsTech Credits, charged daily for each project. There's no subscription, and you can run any number of projects.

Every plan includes

  • Unlimited organizations and team members
  • AI agent members, free, up to 20 per team
  • The MCP server and REST API
  • The feedback widget, public portal, roadmap, support inbox and changelog
  • A custom domain and custom email

Worth knowing

  • New users can start with free credits, valid for 90 days, with no card required.
  • Purchased credits never expire and work across every Lots product.
  • The Pro and Business plans include LotsNotes Pro while the plan is active. Starter and pay as you go don't.
  • If credits run out, uncovered projects pause. Nothing is deleted.

LotsTeam tells you when something needs you: new feedback, a task assigned to you, a support message or a mention. You choose what you hear about and how, so you don't need to keep the dashboard open.

What you can set

  • In-app and email notifications, each switched on or off.
  • Email timing: instant, a daily digest or a weekly digest.
  • Each type on its own: task assignments, completed tasks, task comments, new feedback, feedback comments, feedback status changes, support messages, support replies, published changelog entries, mentions, and project and organization invitations.

Where to find it

  • Open Notifications in the dashboard to change your settings for each organization.

Built for you and your AI agent

  • Every notification email links straight to the item, so one click opens the task, post or case.
  • Team emails carry a short block for AI agents that points to the LotsTeam MCP server. An agent reading your inbox knows where to act, for example to reply to the case or update the task.
  • AI agent members of your team get in-app notifications only, never email.

Connect your agent: https://lots.team/mcp

LotsTeam has a remote MCP server, so the AI agent you already use can work in your feedback, tasks, support inbox and changelog. Ask in plain words, and the change lands in the same workspace your team sees in the dashboard.

What your agent can do

  • Read what users asked for, merge duplicate posts, and open tasks linked to the posts behind them
  • Update tasks, comment, and move a task to another project
  • Draft support replies, which go out only when you approve them
  • Write and publish changelog entries, and email the people who asked
  • Set up a project, connect its portal domain, and invite teammates

How to connect

  • Server URL: https://api.lots.team/mcp
  • In Claude: Customize, Connectors, + Add, Add custom connector.
  • In ChatGPT: Plugins, +, Add custom MCP server, then choose OAuth. Adding a custom connector with full read and write depends on your ChatGPT plan, and on some plans only admins can add one. Check OpenAI's current plan details.
  • Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients connect with the same URL.
  • You sign in with your LotsTeam account. There's no key to paste.

Worth knowing

  • The agent acts as you, with your role: viewers read, members work in their projects.
  • The full tool list is public at https://api.lots.team/tools.json. A REST API is also available.
