What's New
Latest updates and improvements to LotsTeam
Your users should see your brand, not ours. LotsTeam lets you run each project's public portal on your own domain, such as support.yourproduct.com. Your organization's workspace can also have its own domain. Customers post, vote, read your changelog and follow their support requests there.
What you can do
- Give each project's portal its own domain, so every product you run has its own support address.
- Give your organization a domain such as team.yourbrand.com.
- Customers and teammates can sign in on your domain with Continue with Google or a one-time email code. You can switch either option off per project.
How to set it up
- Open the project's settings, add the domain, and add the one DNS record LotsTeam shows you (a DNS-only CNAME).
- LotsTeam issues and renews the certificate automatically.
- Your AI agent can do it too:
add_project_domainreturns the record to add, andverify_project_domainchecks when the domain is live.
Worth knowing
- Each project has one portal domain. Adding a new one replaces the old one.
- Internal projects have no public portal, so they don't need a domain.
- Custom domains come with every plan.

LotsTeam gives every project two places to hear from users: a small widget on your own site, and a public portal with its own address. Requests, bug reports and votes from both land in the same project. You can turn the best ones into tasks there and tell people when they ship.
The widget
- Add it with one script tag from your project settings. Visitors send feedback without leaving your product.
- Visitors can attach up to 5 files to a message, or a one-click screenshot of the page.
- Signed-in customers are greeted by name once they have proven their email.
The public portal
- Every project's portal has Posts, Roadmap, Changelog and Contact pages.
- Visitors can post and vote without an account. Name and email are optional, and an email lets you follow up.
- Posts have categories (feature request, bug, improvement, question, discussion) and a status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed).
- Run the portal on its own address or on your own domain.
- Pages are server-rendered, so search engines and AI assistants can read your public posts.
Worth knowing
- Mark a project internal and it has no public portal, and the widget refuses it.
- You or your AI agent can read, merge and reply to posts.
