Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any AI agent to LotsTeam (MCP server)

LotsTeam has a remote MCP server, so the AI agent you already use can work in your feedback, tasks, support inbox and changelog. Ask in plain words, and the change lands in the same workspace your team sees in the dashboard.

What your agent can do

• Read what users asked for, merge duplicate posts, and open tasks linked to the posts behind them
• Update tasks, comment, and move a task to another project
• Draft support replies, which go out only when you approve them
• Write and publish changelog entries, and email the people who asked
• Set up a project, connect its portal domain, and invite teammates

How to connect

• Server URL: https://api.lots.team/mcp
• In Claude: Customize, Connectors, + Add, Add custom connector.
• In ChatGPT: Plugins, +, Add custom MCP server, then choose OAuth. Adding a custom connector with full read and write depends on your ChatGPT plan, and on some plans only admins can add one. Check OpenAI's current plan details.
• Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients connect with the same URL.
• You sign in with your LotsTeam account. There's no key to paste.

• The agent acts as you, with your role: viewers read, members work in their projects.
