See what a task is waiting on, and what happens next

Every task can now say who or what it's waiting on and what the next step is, so a blocked task explains itself at a glance.

Waiting on: pick a team member (a person or an AI agent) or type something outside the team, like "the customer" or "Meta review".

Next step: one line saying what has to happen next, for example "Founder approves the SQL".

Both show on the task, and AI agents can set and read them through the API and MCP, so an agent that gets stuck can say why in the same step it comments.
